England Rugby's Matt Stevens Michelle Gayle

England Rugby's Matt Stevens, says: "I'm hoping that hundreds of people will tackle the NSPCC's BIG BIKE RIDE. The BIG BIKE RIDE’s all good family fun and it’s open to everyone – big or small. By joining in, you'll be on my team along with thousands of other BIG BIKE RIDErs.

"Please don't stand on the sidelines. Get into gear and raise some cash for the children who desperately need the NSPCC's crucial support services and helplines. Every distance you pedal helps makes a difference."

Michelle Gayle says: "I love bike riding and the BIG BIKE RIDE is a brilliant opportunity to saddle up and get some fresh air in the lungs. The BIG BIKE RIDE is for people of all ages and whatever distance you ride can make a huge difference - whether you go it alone, ride with a group of mates or join forces as a family.

"The money you raise through sponsorship is plunged straight into the NSPCC's services for children and young people. That's why I’m asking you all to get your bikes out of the shed, brush the rust off and use pedal power to help stop cruelty to children."
