Sussex BIG BIKE RIDE
Sunday 19 July

Several cyclists racing

The Sussex BIG BIKE RIDE was a great success, so thank you to everyone who came along! The event took place in the glorious West Sussex countryside surrounding the stunning grounds of Christ's Hospital School, Horsham, along three fantastic routes (25km, 50km and 75km). There was music, food, drink and plenty of support for our bike riders.

To see how much fun everyone had, have a look at the pictures from the day in our gallery.

By raising sponsorship for taking part you will be supporting the NSPCC's Child’s Voice Appeal to ensure that no child's cry for help goes unheard. Sadly a third of children calling ChildLine can't get through to talk to someone; by raising £250 you can help us transform ChildLine and the NSPCC Helpline so that whether they call, email, text or contact us online, we'll be here.

Here are some quotes from a few people who enjoyed last year's BIG BIKE RIDE:

"Well done to you and all your team. My son and I joined in at short notice on Sunday and were made to feel so welcome. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The ride was great fun with free drinks, bananas and chewy bars along the route! Thank you and congratulations."
Helen

"Thank you to all those involved for organising a superb bike ride. This really was one of the best charity rides that I have entered if not the best. Many Thanks."
Norman Barford

"I would like to congratulate everybody involved in making the BIG BIKE RIDE at Christ's Hospital such a wonderful occasion, can't tell you how much I enjoyed It. The people that were running around helping everyone deserve a slap on the back, they all made the day special. Once again thank you all so much."
